Article 1: Subject of the agreement

The parties agree that the company will provide cleaning services to the customer under the following terms.

Article 2: Duration

This agreement starts on the booking date and continues based on the chosen service type (hourly or monthly).

Article 3: Nature of services

• Cleaning floors, windows, walls, and furniture.
• Bathroom cleaning.
• Dusting and tidying up.
• Any other cleaning service agreed upon in writing.

Article 4: Work and pricing

• Minimum 2 hours per booking.
• Hourly rate between 2.5 and 3.5 OMR based on service type.
• Payment is made in advance via the Thawani payment gateway.

Article 5: Company obligations

• Provide trained and qualified workers.
• Honor the agreed appointments.
• Provide cleaning tools and materials (if agreed in advance).

Article 6: Customer obligations

• Not assigning workers tasks outside cleaning scope.
• No verbal or physical abuse of the worker.
• Paying on time.
• Reporting potential hazards at least 24 hours in advance.

Article 7: Liability

• The company is not liable for items not reported before the service.
• Both parties commit to good-faith cooperation.

Article 8: Termination

• Single bookings can be cancelled fee-free up to 6 hours before the appointment.
• In case of breach, the harmed party can claim appropriate compensation.
